A. Report Relationship – This position reports directly to Engineering Manager.
B. General Department Overview – The incumbent works closely with Engineering manager on matter of machine schedule, manpower allocation, machinery documentation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the machinery.
C. Areas of Responsibility
a. Responsible to confer with management or subordinate to resolve worker problems complaints or grievances.
b. Direct and coordinate the activities of employees for daily routine of machine schedule, product quantity target, machine breakdown report, raw material control to meet customer requirements as well as meet company goal.
c. Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
d. Read and analyze work orders, machine schedules, other records and report to determine the requirements, sequences and to meet engineering goals.
e. Maintain ISO9001 and GMP documentation practices to ensure the conformity of the product.
f. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.
g. Execute improvements activities on the quality and work process efficiency.
h. Understand ISO13485 requirements.
