Roles and responsibilities:


The Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant - Industrial / Life Science / Agriculture will play a key role in connecting job seekers with employment opportunities and providing career guidance within the Southeast Asia market. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including job seekers, employers, training providers, and community organizations, to facilitate successful employment outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of job seekers' skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Identify barriers to employment and develop individualized employment plans
  • Provide career guidance, resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies to clients.
  • Offer ongoing support and coaching to help clients achieve their employment goals.
  • Identify suitable job opportunities for clients based on their skills, preferences, and goals.
  • Work closely with employers to understand their hiring needs and match them with qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and businesses.
  • Promote the benefits of hiring through [Company Name] and provide employers with suitable candidates.
  • Participate in community events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote employment services.
  • Establish partnerships with training providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
  • Prepare reports on employment outcomes and track performance metrics.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Engineering and Construction or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employment services, recruitment, career counselling, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with local labour market trends and employment resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and employment-related software.
