We are seeking qualified Material Handler(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tasks related to receiving, warehouse, packing, storing and distribution of materials to internal and external stakeholders. This role involves working collaboratively within Logistics, Production and with external vendors/customers.
Job Description
- Perform inventory transactions and ensure all inventory transactions are updated within the timeline and stock's accuracy
- Perform physical tasks involving receiving, warehouse, packing, storing and distribution of raw materials to Production / Customers
- Ensure cleanliness / 6S in the warehouse area
- Ensure that all parts requiring inspection are sent to QA with proper documentation before releasing to production floor or storage
- Organize paperwork for efficient and accurate tracking
- Assist in weekly cycle count and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Generation of monthly reports and KPIs
- Other adhoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse distribution preferred
- Ability to work independently & in a team where required
- Enthusiastic, motivated and possess a “Can-Do” attitude
