Personal Assistant

Yinghua International Pte. Ltd.

We are looking to hire a personal assistant for one of our directors, you will be required to report for work at the family home for 2 hours from Monday to Friday and handle the care of the children and assist and monitor their daily schoolwork. You will also need to attend to the administrative duties assigned to you by the director (for example, booking of flights, reservation of hotels and restaurants). The rest of the day will be WFH where you need to be on standby in case the director contacts you for ad hoc admin duties.


Work location: Director's home (Pasir Ris)

Work hours: 10am to 430pm Mon to Fri (10am to 12 noon will be at director's home)


Monthly pay: 3200 SGD gross with standard CPF

Standard medical benefits


Requirements:

Prior experience would be preferable but not necessary

Ability to speak clearly in fluent English and Chinese is a must
