About the team
The Traffic structure team is responsible for solving short video content recommendation experience issues, balancing experience and business revenue, and optimizing TikTok's reputation through recommendation strategies.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the distribution of international (TikTok) short video content, including but not limited to cross-border traffic distribution, multi-business traffic distribution, cross-business traffic balance, etc. Based on user insights and supply-demand analysis, improve the overall traffic efficiency of the recommendation system.
2. Deeply collaborate with various businesses, understand business needs, discover key issues in the process of content publishing-content moderation-recommended traffic distribution, formulate traffic adjustment goals, and implement strategies to improve user experience.
3. Build relevant infrastructure, including but not limited to traffic problem discovery, user understanding, content understanding. Conduct complex strategy design.
4. Design an objective evaluation system and methods for strategies and goals. Complete recommendation strategy effect verification and iteration.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 3+ years of product or strategy work experience.
- In-depth understanding of the content recommendation process and basic principles.
- Experience in strategy products such as content strategy, scheduling strategy, etc.
- Capable of creating roadmaps and operational plans.
- Ability to form data evaluation logic and metric systems.
- Communication, collaboration and project management skills.
- Overseas study or work experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product recommendation, algorithm technology, & computer science background.
- Global study or work experience.
