Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of facilities, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and common areas.
- Follow a structured cleaning schedule and ensure all tasks meet company standards.
- Address any maintenance issues or concerns promptly and report them as necessary.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment to maintain the facility’s appearance and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent service to residents, tenants, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of facility cleaning experience.
- Ability to travel between various job locations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to continue learning and improving cleaning techniques.
