Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the industrial tyres & rims market, including main players, competitors, and emerging trends
- Utilize technical expertise to effectively communicate tyre & rim specifications to clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and industry partners
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to pitch new business opportunities
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients and partners
- Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives
- Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, purchase and shipping to deliver excellent customer service
- Managing budgets and expenses related to sales activities
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor degree or equivalent with engineering background would be preferred
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in the International Trade
- Possess robust analytical, negotiation, and project management abilities
- Proficient in computer applications such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, or possess foundational drawing skills
- Proficient in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with global partners and clients
- Strong team player and a creative problem solver
- Willing to travel abroad when required
