Description
Perform administrative duties
. Manage incoming emails.
. Preparing certificates and invoices for customers
. Handling incoming calls.
- Able to handle customer inquiries.
- Good communication skills.
- Any other duties assigned
. 5 days work 8.30 to 5.30 pm (Mon to Fri)
Requirements
. Preferably staying in the West
. Preferably S'porean/PR
. Some knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
. Start immediately or on short notice
. No experience needed (Training will be provided)
