RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence and drive brand awareness.
- Business development
- New Clientele acquisition
- Customer retention
- Social Media marketing
- Influencers marketing
- Brand management
- Manage and maintain our online store like Lazada, Shopee, Instagram etc.
- Develop engaging content for our website and social media platforms to attract and retain our target audience, SEO, SEM.
- Plan, curate, coordinate, and execute the content across all social media platforms.
- Conceptualise and execute marketing campaign till completion to achieve campaign objectives.
- Plan, organise and manage advertising and promotional activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- minimum of 1 - 3 years of marketing experience.
- Independent and someone with good initiative and able to work with mininum supervision.
- Creative and experience in social media platforms and data analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Preference with experience in Beauty / Retail industry.
- Proficient in implementing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficient in social media marketing and content strategies
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficient in implementing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
- Possess excellent written communications and organisational skills.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns on social media.
- Ability to create relevant content that generates sales opportunities.
- Experience in crafting marketing collaterals and communicates through various media platforms is preferred.
- Able to handle a project from conceptualisation till completion.
- Highly self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
