ADMIN CLERK

- Salary Range: $1,800.00 to $2,200.00
- Working Hour: 5.25 Days Work (Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday Alternate 8.30am to 12.30pm)

Job Description: Admin Clerk role involves handling daily administrative tasks, assisting in managing office affairs, executing file management, and coordinating production department
Responsibilities:
- Handle purchase order according to production required.
- Answering phone and phone call transfers
- Manage organization and filing of documents and materials
- Assist in developing and implementing office internal processes and policies
- Support team in daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, patient, and strong sense of responsibility
- Relevant work experience is a plus
