Admin

H.l.k Engineering Pte. Ltd.

1) Support Office on daily work: -

- Issue Sales & Purchases contracts

- Follow up on HR work related matters (such as MOM related transcations)

- Workers database update and maintain

- Assist with project management tasks, including procurement and post-project documentation.


2) Support Accounts Dept on daily work: -

​​​​​​​- Arrange payments to suppliers

- Data Entry

- Tally statements from Suppliers and Customers


3) Administration work or any adhoc work required


4) Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English


Experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
