Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the successful delivery of events, from planning to execution.
- Lead the operations team to ensure events are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and resolving conflicts.
- Mentor and develop team members to create a high-performing operations team.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance event planning and execution.
- Support the sales team by providing operational insights during client pitches.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, design, and operations teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage project budgets effectively.
- Provide regular updates on project status, client feedback, and team performance.
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of experience in event management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship management.
- Proficient in project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills.
