Admin Assistant - Jurong

Gain Employment Services Pte. Ltd.

Contract Period: From 1 Dec 2024 to 30 Nov 2025 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of ONE YEAR

Working hours:
*Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:30pm, (inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break) (Work hours may be shortened by 0.5 hr on one of the weekdays, Monday to Thursday)
*Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm, (inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break)
*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays


Scope of Services:

1. Attend to students’ requests at General Office
2. Attend to students who report unwell at General Office and/or have sustained minor injuries
3. Receive forms and documents submitted by students (Egs: relating to financial assistance and bursaries matters)
4. Assist in recording incoming/ outgoing mails
5. Sorting and filing of general office documents
6. Simple sorting of documents and simple data-entry (listings, surveys)
7. Receive deliveries to General Office by vendors
8. Provide admin support to office operations as assigned


Qualification, Skill & Experience:

1. Minimum 3 or more GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English, or NITEC (Office Skills); or ‘N’ level certificate
2. Officers without the required ‘O’ level passes but with relevant work experience could be considered.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Able to handle multi-tasks in a fast-pace work environment
