- Assisting our sales executives to provide industry-leading customer service through regular phone calls, emails & face-to-face communication.
- Assist with fielding customer enquiries via phone call & Email.
- Data entry which includes but not limited to preparing quotes, processing sales orders utilizing our ERP system,
- Assist with processing the aircraft components for repair through inhouse or other PAG locations,
- Provide timely quotes to customers on their units inducted for repair by following up with relevant workshops.
- Move inventory from different warehouse to Singapore and vice versa
- General office administration including reception duties, filing, assisting in generating reports and other assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Fluent in English,
- Candidate with aerospace background is preferred.
