Scope:
- Handle the processing of policy alterations of Life policies, comprising of policy benefits, reinstatements, review and other policy admin transactions,
- Handle premium payment and receipting function, including managing of suspense account,
- Provide support in handing enquires/appeals and managing feedbacks from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as business, customer care, finance, IT distribution representative and policyholders;
- To provide requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, process improvement and defects when required;
- To collate statistics for management reporting
- Assist with ad-hoc initiatives/projects as assigned by the Section Head
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma with preferably 3-5 years’ experience in Policy Servicing operations
- Ability to process transactions with accuracy and deliver within service standards
- Good time management skills, able to prioritise work to ensure efficiency
- Possess good communication skills
- Possess good interpersonal skills and is customer-oriented
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
