- Provide helpdesk and level 1 support to users
- Responds to requests/incidents through phone and email.
- Advise user on appropriate actions (customer service skills).
- Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Work location: SLF Building
- Working hours: 8 hours per day
- Shift:Monday to Friday: 8AM – 8PM
Saturday: 8AM – 3PM (Saturday shifts are assigned on a roster basis among the 3 L1 support)
