Job Description:

We are seeking a young and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be quick on their feet, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is keen to learn the ins and outs of the event industry and is ready to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of lifestyle and festive events.
  • Manage on-site event setup, ensuring that all elements are in place and functioning correctly.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of event coordination.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
  • Sourcing for supplies and vendors
  • Support and coordinate for gifts & premiums.
  • Assists in handling basic shipping affairs.
  • Able to work well under pressure and adapt to a rapid changing environment
  • Undertakes ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.
  • At times, able work over weekends and late nights set up.


Looking for :

  • A quick learner with a strong interest in the event industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Able to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends (when required).
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and tasks quickly.
  • Ability to navigate in ever changing business landscape
  • Excellent written and communication skill
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Must be a team player
  • A strong understanding on the event industry, corporate gifts and prints is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event coordination or related fields is a plus.
  • A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
