Responsibilities:
- Screening candidates and preparing shortlists of individuals for clients to interview - Interviewing and evaluating potential applications and matching them to client vacancies
- Assisting applicants with interview preparation
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates via various channels i.e. Job Portal, LinkedIn, Referral, Social Media etc.
- Communicate with clients from a variety of firms to learn about their recruiting requirements and expectations.
- Managing and negotiating the client's and candidates' offer.
