Job Description
- Customer Technical Support
- To provide helpdesk and level 1 support to users
- Responds to requests/incidents through phone and email.
- Advise user on appropriate actions (customer service skills).
- Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Good understanding/knowledge on MS Office (excel,ppt and word)
- Good verbal and written comm skills.
Working Hours - 8 hours per day, with shifts from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m for Monday to Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. Shifts on Saturdays are assigned on a roster basis.
