Responsibilities:
Customer Servicing
- Discover customers' needs and introduce different products accordingly
- Drives sales through active engagement of customers, sharing product knowledge, explains and demonstrates the different functions and features of the products
- Provide an excellent product journey and experience for all customers
- Documentation of customer profile / visits
Reports and Operational Tasks
- Showroom maintenance in pristine condition at all time.
- Stay on top of the latest updates or developments on products, features or marketing/sales initiatives
- Collecting data and providing insights on showroom traffic and marketing/sales initiatives
- Co-operate and work effectively with other Departments to resolve all customer related queries / requests
- Arranging showroom presentation with Design Consultants
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” Level with 1 - 2 year of experience in B2C sales in a retail environment or frontline customer services
- Prior experience in interior products, furniture or home renovation would be an added advantage
- Ability to communicate well and strong interpersonal skills
- Well groomed, friendly and engaging personality
- Ability to think creatively and work independently
Salary package includes attractive bonus, commission and allowance
