Candidate will learn the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) skill under the guidance of our Global SF Experts. Once trained, the candidate will be able to provide HR System & HR Process implementation and/or consulting services to various customers.
Specific Responsibilities:

1.) Attend structured training of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Cloud Software Implementation conducted by Rolling Arrays SF Expert team
2.) Participate in on-the-job assignment of SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Software Implementation conducted by Rolling Arrays SF Expert team
- Learn to ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.
- Perform SAP SuccessFactors system configuration under the guidance of mentor(s).
- Learn to analyze customer’s requirements and to propose the best possible solution mapping possible with in the product features.

Duration of Contract: 12 Months
Educational Qualification:
This position is open for mid-career individuals (mature and non mature). Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
