Visa’s Senior Director, Engagement Solutions in AP will be responsible for all aspects of ideation, development, commercialization and deployment of Visa’s suite of Loyalty and Benefits solutions, designed to drive increased preference for Visa amongst issuers and consumers and ultimately contribute to PV and revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Solutions in AP, the SD, will manage the delivery of a Value Added Service revenue target against Engagement Solutions in AP, develop and manage the solution roadmap for the family of solutions within the group and lead the commercialization process (across pricing, marketing, sales pipeline management and solution integration) in the region. As part of this, the SD will help Visa internal sales teams establish and communicate the Visa Engagement Solutions value proposition and sell the economic value of our partnerships to Visa clients as part of competitive pitches, RFPs and client deals.
Leading a team of direct and dotted line reports in Singapore and across AP, and working closely with a range of key external partners, as well as regional and global counterparts, the role holder will take ownership for a suite of existing solutions as be responsible for their management and evolution, including the development of new capabilities to address new client requirements. The role involves being both an advocate for our partners internally and acting as the Visa specialist to our clients. You will develop the Loyalty narrative for the region, ensuring the solutions and their content are easily understandable and consumable both internally and externally. You will deliver internal education on the holistic value proposition, thought leadership and - depending on market need- will participate in direct selling of our solutions.
As Engagement Solutions Product Owner in Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for the full marketing mix – requirements gathering, ideation, development, pricing, content creation, sales enablement, partner management and importantly, thought leadership.
