Job description
1. Laser performance test for new arrival
2. Handheld laser welding process demo, robotics integration, customer service
3. Provide remote and onsite technical support of laser and other related parts including installation, application and troubleshooting
4. Repair defective parts of customer return, generate report and quotation for repaired items
5. Close follow up RMA laser and scanners with customer and supply
6. Lab facilities setup and improvement for welding and large area machine control under vision assist
Job Requirement
1. Diploma, Degree or higher in electrical, mechatronics, automation, or machine control, software
2. Hands-on experience, willing to support remote and onsite service
3. Analytical and problem-solving skills, able to take initiative and work independently
4. Understanding and prior work experience in laser instruments and troubleshooting is an advantage
5. Preferably 3-5 years’ experience working in industrial projects and service
6. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer all times
7. Organized, efficient, willing to learn new things and take new challenges
8. Both English and Mandarin
