· To assist in answering phone calls and emails
· To attend to customer enquiry, to provide quotation and follow up with customer on PO
· General administrative duties such as filing, data entry and sorting of documents
· To generate DO and job order to production team
· To arrange goods to be delivered to customers and ensure documents have been signed and update the system accordingly
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
· Able to work independently
· Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
