Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the educational landscape in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and recruit international students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and potential students.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve recruitment targets.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet the evolving needs of the education sector.
- Represent the company at international education fairs, conferences, and other promotional events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or recruitment sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
SGD 5,500 - SGD 7,500 per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
