Responsibilities
- Oversee all responsibilities related to the integration of internal tools within the company's infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews and authorize releases pertaining to internal tools.
- Manage a team tasked with the development of internal tools.
- Interface with business stakeholders and provide technical support for potential enhancements and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel industry.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- 5 years of experience with software development frameworks and tools (e.g., Spring, React, Angular, Node.js).
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
