Job Purpose
The role supports TB business planning including management of countries under APAC division for admin matter, by closely working with department GM.
Job Responsibilities
- Support of planning and execution of TB business strategy, such as service planning, deposit marketing strategy, as a liaison between various internal/external stakeholders, this includes help of necessary admin work to run frameworks like comprehensive intermediary fee waiver, Backed-value credit and Interest-bearing account setting
- Handle Department KPI matter with management, this includes communication with stakeholders, such as planning department or TBSD team.
- Manage Department Budget, which includes financial budget, HC and Expense budget and other KPI, by such as providing performance report.
- Work with General manager to support for department level matter, such as department event, meeting with senior management.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge about customer operation, banking system and back-end operation to the extent of being able to discuss with internal stakeholders, such as IT/Operational department
- Proficient in Japanese (spoken and written) is advantages as the role requires for daily communication with stakeholders in Japan and discussion will be conducted in Japanese
- Experience of working in Transaction business (more than 3 years)
- Strong customer-first discipline and strong will to overcome difficulties.
- Business level English Skills
- Ability to lead the project team in achieving the desired outcome.
- Ability to spearhead projects/initiatives while working with various internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, proactive, team player, good inter-personal skills, etc.
