Responsible for all aspects to set up and operate a bilingual preschool in Singapore & overseas including:
- Oversee daily operations
- Facilitates preschool enrolment and registration process
- Curriculum Development
- Hiring, Training & Coaching of teaching and non teaching staff
- Responsible for the overall profitability & budget
- Strategic Planning
Requirements
- Degree/Master in Early Childhood
- 10 years of experience in a managerial role supervising a chain of preschools in Singapore or overseas
- Prior experience teaching/lecturing in training institutions or universities
- Effective in both English & Chinese language
