Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated scripts and tools using Python and Shell scripting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using automation tools such as Jenkins
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues to ensure smooth operation of automated processes
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in automation and incorporate them into our processes.
Requirments:
- Experienced in scripting languages like shell scripting, Python
- Knowledge of automation tools customizing dashboards in observability tools like Grafana VM/VPC and recovery procedures
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms like OpenShift, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS and recovery procedures
- Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS Oracle, MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc
- Able to provide documentation on SOP for recovery & health check as per the delivered automation.
- Experience in development and customizing dashboards in observability tools like Grafana.
- Knowledge of Release management and CI/CD.
