Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and full lifecycle management of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, including Admissions, Student Records, and Student Financials.
- Develop and maintain customizations using PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and other PeopleSoft development tools.
- Manage upgrades of PeopleTools and Campus Solutions modules.
- Design and implement integrations using Integration Broker, REST APIs, and Application Packages.
- Create and maintain Fluid UI pages and Advanced Workflow Engine (AWE) configurations.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts on Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
- Handle file layouts, component interfaces, and security configurations within the PeopleSoft environment.
- Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts, Excel Macros, and HTML/CSS enhancements.
- Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues in a high-pressure environment, adhering to strict SLAs.
- Draft functional specifications, execute system integration testing (SIT), support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Experience with GovTech interfaces such as SingPass and MyInfo.
- Own and resolve tickets efficiently and effectively within specified timelines, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Over 7 years of experience in PeopleSoft technology with a focus on Campus Solutions.
- Minimum 6 years of experience specifically in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
- At least one full lifecycle implementation of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
- Extensive experience in upgrading PeopleTools and Campus Solutions.
- Mandatory experience in Azure Cloud architecture.
- Experience in Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, REST API, Application Packages, Fluid page design, AWE, SQR, Component Interface, File Layout, SQL, Security, PS Query.
- Proficient database management skills, particularly with Oracle/SQL Server.
- Strong ability to manage operational activities and troubleshoot in a demanding project setting.
- Experience in scripting and writing SQLs in MS SQL Server.
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Deployment methodologies and product/service offerings.
