Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management.
- Providing necessary details to the onsite lead for creation of customer reports
- Maintenance of support documents.
- Discuss with business users for any new interface requirements and propose a solution
- Interface with all departments within an organization and IT.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations.
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of experience in EPM.
- Experience of working in EPM Cloud.
- Understanding of the integrations between ERP and EPM.
- Having knowledge of EPM Administration activities
- Understanding of the EPM updates
- Experience of analysing the Read me of the patches and discuss with business about the new features.
- Experience in troubleshooting integration issues
- Collaboration with 3rd party stakeholders
