You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer – Reservations is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of hotel operations and reservation processes
- Possess minimum G.C.E. "O" level
- Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred
- Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations
- Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills
