Job Descriptions

Human Resources:

· Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, selection,

scheduling interviews, onboarding and offboarding processes.

· Update, filing and maintain employee’s records and HR databases.

· Coordinate and assist in handling MOM work passes, prepare

employment contract, employee insurance etc.

· Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary

payments, compliance to legislative requirements, statutory acts a

collective agreement.

· Ensure timely submission of CPF, government paid claim and income

tax filing.

· Administer and liaise with authorities for all HR related matters such

as work pass application, labour surveys, worker levy matters, HR-

related government grants and subsidies, employee personal

taxation, student internship follow up and others.


Administration:

· Provide general office administrative support.

· Execute basic administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning

of daily operations, including ensuring office lightings, aircon and

switches are turned on/off based on office hours, office maintenance

and other administrative matters.

· Assist in the preparation and submission of grant applications,

including gathering required documentation, formatting, and

proofreading.

· Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to

time.


Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or Business Studies.

· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.

· Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook &

PowerPoint)

· Positive attitude, meticulous, detail-oriented and willingness to learn

· Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact well

with people at all levels.

· Experience with payroll processing and HR systems. Knowledge with

Whyze HRMS System will be added advantage

· Able to start work within short notice period or immediate preferred.


Working Hours

  • 9.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) , work from office
