Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Gymnastics Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our gym. This full-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, ensuring smooth and efficient experiences for staff, students, and parents. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information to visitors and members.
- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and class schedules.
- Assist with registrations, enrollments, and billing processes.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct tours for prospective members and answer questions about our programs.
Office Management:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the gym’s reception and common areas are organized and welcoming.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing special events, holiday camps, competitions, and workshops.
- Handle event registrations, logistics, and communication with participants.
Financial Administration:
- Process payments, track invoices, and manage accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and managing petty cash transactions.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Contribute to creating and distributing marketing materials, newsletters, and social media content.
- Update the gym’s website and social media platforms with current information.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with coaches and staff to support the overall goals of Galaxy Gymnastics.
- Participate in staff meetings and provide support for special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sports or gymnastics environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and passion for gymnastics and customer service.
Additional Information:
- Location: This position is based at our gymnastics center in Singapore.
- Working Hours: Full-time, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Probation: 3-month probationary period with performance review for permanent placement.
- Start Date: Immediate, upon fulfilling all requirements.
