We are looking for a Curtain Wall Project Manager to lead tender submission for major curtain wall projects.
Job Description:
- Leading team in preparation of technical submissions for project
- Review documents and summarize critical information
- Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions
- Coordinate with tender team/consultants/various government agencies/authorities to obtain necessary information to facilitate for tender submission
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes during tender stage
- Prepare and carry out tender presentation
- Monitor market for upcoming tenders and to obtain information.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction.
- Possesses at least 10-12 years of project experience in curtain wall sector.
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
- Bliligual with good reading, speaking and writting in English and Mandarins, which need to liase with clients and supplies in China.
- Must agree for oversea work trips.
