1. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
2. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
3. Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions.
4. Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
5. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
6. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
7. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
8. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
9.Work under the direction of the General Manager to manage daily operations of the restaurant.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Fine Dining Restaurant
