This includes monitoring delivery schedules, optimizing route planning, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Analyze data trends to forecast delivery needs and production demands.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct reviews of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline and automate operations, particularly in production workflows and delivery processes. Aim to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure that production outputs align with delivery schedules and customer expectations.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and analyze areas for improvement in addressing top losses, including production inefficiencies, delivery delays, and supply chain disruptions. Propose and implement actionable solutions to minimize operational risks and financial losses.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including production teams, logistics, and sales departments, as well as external stakeholders like suppliers, 3PL providers, and customers. Ensure seamless coordination between production output and delivery schedules. Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and efficient inventory management.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project opportunities, compile quantitative business cases, and support project approvals and implementation. Oversee projects related to production scaling, delivery optimization, and supply chain integration.
  • Complaint and Issue Resolution: Manage an internal team dedicated to investigating Level 2 customer complaints, non-conformance issues, and delivery failures. Ensure timely resolution, implement corrective actions, and develop preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations, change management, project management, logistics, or supply chain roles, with a focus on production and delivery operations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to apply problem-solving methodologies, including root cause analysis and preventive measures, to develop corrective action plans.
  • Process Development: Experience in developing and documenting new and existing business processes, particularly in production and delivery operations, to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proactivity and Responsibility: A proactive and responsible individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and pattern analysis, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Hands-On Approach: Willingness to engage directly with stakeholders, 3PL providers, and production teams on the ground to implement process changes effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and persuasive skills to drive change across all levels of the organization, including liaising with suppliers and external partners.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to take high-level instructions and develop a detailed approach to analytical assignments, adapting to changing circumstances.
