- Develop and execute effective and comprehensive digital marketing performance strategies, generating leads, awareness and engagement through digital channels and/or campaigns.
- Manage and optimise paid marketing campaigns on digital ad platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and other mobile ad networks.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Review and monitor monthly and yearly targets, regularly reviewing campaign performance against business targets.
- Conduct weekly and monthly metrics reporting across digital channels.
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement new strategies to maximise ROI.
- Work with team members to develop and execute strategic CRM marketing plans and strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in digital marketing with a track record of creating successful content strategies
- A strong network, including media, social influencers, and industry partners, is an asset.
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in using social and online media for marketing.
