Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new clients and conducting due diligence for new and onboarded clients
  • Point of contact for client enquires related to pre and post-trading support, account and asset management
  • Supporting OTC transactions (Working directly with legal and sales teams)
  • Fiat currency asset management
  • Environmental credits onboarding and asset management
  • Reconciliations (fiat and environmental credits)
  • Monitoring of Exchange operations
  • Accounts administration and change management
  • Change delivery and participation in local and global projects
  • Reporting (internal and external)
  • Any other duties/projects that will be assigned from time to time


Qualifications & Experience

  • BA, BS, or B.Com degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting)
  • 0-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience with Back and Middle Office activities in a financial services institution or Clearing & Custody operations is preferred
  • Knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Proficiency in MS Office; especially with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and data-gathering skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Self-motivated and excellent team player
  • Organised, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise given tight deadlines
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Based in Singapore, immediately available is preferred
