Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop new client accounts and cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to fuel the growth of the business.
  • Identify and leverage new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling tailored services to meet evolving client needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct impactful presentations to potential clients, showcasing our strengths and services to close deals and secure new business.
  • Participate in outdoor appointments, actively engage with prospective clients, and build rapport to seize business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and contributing significantly to the company’s bottom line.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Services team to identify key business opportunities and foster a collaborative environment that drives revenue.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Business Studies, or any equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management and business development, ideally within the corporate services or a related industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving significant sales results and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with corporate advisory services such as company registration, accounting, tax filing, corporate advisory is a major advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented attitude with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and appointments when necessary.
