- Must have experience in Software Testing and Test Management
- Must have experience in Private Banking and Wealth Management and/or Investment Banking
- T24 Core Banking knowledge in Customer, Account, Portfolios, Securities, Derivative, OTC, Bonds, Arrangement Architecture, Structured Products, Payments, Deposits, Funds Transfer, FX, Equities, Corporate Action, Wealth Suite knowledge will be added advantage
- Should have experience of Test Design (Test Scenarios/ Cases preparation), Test Execution, Test Data identification
- Should have experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy Design, Requirement Traceability Management (RTM), Defect Management & Tracking
- Should have System Testing/Functional Validation, Integration/SIT, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
- Tools: HP ALM, JIRA, or any Test/Defect Management Tool experience
- Agile Scrum Methodology experience
- Should be able to drive Onsite – Offshore model
- Should be able to report to stakeholders - Test Status, KPI Metrics and Dashboard Reporting
- Good Client interfacing skills & should have involved in client interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper delivery of the requirement
- Should have Good Communication skills, Team Player & Good Analytical Skills
- Well versed with Software Test Life Cycle.
