Responsibilities
Perform sales activities, attend to walk-in customers and assist the customer in selecting and explaining the products for good shopping experience.
Attend to walk-in customers on any watch repair/related enquiries.
Deliver a welcoming and exceptional retail experience by being attentive to customers’ needs, providing assistance/information on products and maintaining an energetic presence in the boutique
Build customer loyalty through good service attitude and excellent after-sales service
Actively create and maintain customer network
Stock take and inventory management
Receive stocks, enter accordingly in the system within stipulated timeline
Stock replenishment
Maintenance of the visual guidelines and housekeeping
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
