· Support and coordinate with sales and operation department for document processing.
· Processing job sheet for daily issuing of invoice.
· Resolve outstanding matters with client accounts.
· Perform administrative, office support to ensure smooth running of daily office operations.
· Perform general clerical duties.
· Stock accountability
· General office upkeeping.
· Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
