Administration Manager

Vigilantech Security Management Pte. Ltd.

Description:

  • Managing the staffs in the completion of daily operations.
  • Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
  • Recruiting and onboarding and training new employees.
  • Standardising guidelines for training and coaching staff.
  • Planning administrative processes.
  • Filing and organising personnel records.
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify trends and insights.
  • Creating documentation such as user guide and process maps, to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Preparation of department budgets / costing reports / profitability and analyze the same to ensure accurate management decisions.
  • Maintain working relationship with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Manage invoicing and AR monitoring
  • Maintain computer and manual filing system.
  • Must maintain Bank reconcilation expense reports on timely basis
  • Maintain cashflow for the Receivable & Payable.
  • Need to maintain records on Aged receivable & Payable.
  • Need to respond to the employer anytime to schedule the staffs according to the work schedule.

Requirements

  • Graduate with a bachelor degree in a relevant field, such as business Management
  • Previous Experience in Business Analysis and Administration
  • Proficient in MS Office and Xero Accounting Software.
  • Able to work weekends & Overtime in week days depending on the employer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and bilingual is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure
