Description:
- Managing the staffs in the completion of daily operations.
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
- Recruiting and onboarding and training new employees.
- Standardising guidelines for training and coaching staff.
- Planning administrative processes.
- Filing and organising personnel records.
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify trends and insights.
- Creating documentation such as user guide and process maps, to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Preparation of department budgets / costing reports / profitability and analyze the same to ensure accurate management decisions.
- Maintain working relationship with suppliers and stakeholders
- Manage invoicing and AR monitoring
- Maintain computer and manual filing system.
- Must maintain Bank reconcilation expense reports on timely basis
- Maintain cashflow for the Receivable & Payable.
- Need to maintain records on Aged receivable & Payable.
- Need to respond to the employer anytime to schedule the staffs according to the work schedule.
Requirements
- Graduate with a bachelor degree in a relevant field, such as business Management
- Previous Experience in Business Analysis and Administration
- Proficient in MS Office and Xero Accounting Software.
- Able to work weekends & Overtime in week days depending on the employer needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and bilingual is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure
