The Client Success Group Manager should understand clients’ product requirements, synergise it with MetaComp’s product development roadmap. Candidates with prior experience in the financial sector/cryptocurrency experience will be considered favourably.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as clients’ dedicated point of contact who manage clients’ relationships and enhance clients’ experience
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to reduce turnaround time while ensuring clients’ needs is satisfied
- Provide utmost support to clients via all communication modes including email, CAMP and other social platforms
- Ensure that the quality services / controls coordinate well with various departments for new contract, program or service implementation and ensures that the implementation is carried out for clients
- Handles complaints escalated from his/her team
- Engage directly with clients and ensure that excellent services are provided to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading university.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages as one needs to manage our English and Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience serving enterprise clients in commercial banks and/or private banks
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Outgoing and personable individual to build rapport with stakeholders
- Knowledge of the crypto industry is a plus
