Responsibilities
- Account processing for banking operations (Deposits, Loans, Remittances, Securities, Money, Foreign Exchange, etc. )
- Handle a series of administrative processes for settlements
- Operation and management of bank accounting system and subsystems, namely SWIFT
- In charge of AML/CFT control and management of customer remittances
- Monitor fund transfers (inward and outward remittance), customer’s accounts
- To support ad-hoc human resource, accounting and administrative function such as tax filing, GST refund cliams, invoice and contract management, etc.)
Requirements
- At least 3 years of back office (loan and remittance) operations experience in the banking industry
- Proficient in operating SWIFT
- Sufficient proficiency in Accounting System and MS Excel
- Candidates with experience handling HR / General Affairs related duties will have an added advantage
