- Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection with HR Manager/HR Professionals
- Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
- Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
- Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
- Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
- Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
- Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
- Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data
Requirements:
- Nitec/A Level/Diploma
- Only Singaporeans might apply
- Prior working experience as Call Centre Agents handling HR professionals/manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Travel in Singapore to do face-to-face survey
- Familiar with KPI-driven environment.
