- Assist in design confirmation and installation for chilled water units On-site assistant between installer and in house services Back end support for OMM preparation and drawing updates
- Monitoring of work scheduling and update accordingly
- To assist Mechanical engineer in basic trouble shooting of Fire Alarms, Pumps and Door system etc.
- Assist Mechanical engineer on daily operations such as breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and any ad-hoc work request.
- Collation of monthly breakdown fault reports for submission to Client.
- Any other related works to be assigned
Requirement:
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication skills: Ability to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, and actively engage in team discussions.
- Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, documents, or any other tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to think critically, analyze information, and propose practical solutions to challenges.
