Project Manager (Coastal/ Marine)
Our client is one of the leading A1 main contractors with over 20 years of history in Singapore. They have built an impressive track record in doing private residential projects, mixed development, commercial, MRT and some of the iconic projects in Singapore.
Currently they are looking for a Project Manager (Marine) for one of the iconic mixed development. 5.5 days work per week and performance bonuses are provided.
Responsibilities
- Guide assigned teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while being accountable for maintaining high levels of productivity and performance.
- Manage marine part of the projects from the beginning to the end.
- Ensure site progress in accordance with the Master Program. Try to keep the site progress with quality and within the timeline.
- Stakeholder management with the client, supplier and sub-contractors.
- Lead and guide the team in project works to ensure quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale marine infrastructure projects, including having served as a Project Manager on at least one marine project.
