Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and ensuring all payroll is processed accurately and on time. (Around
100 headcount)
- Ensure payments are in accordance with MOM Employment Law & all the regulatory guidelines.
- Submission of Form IR21 for tax clearance , employee yearly Income Tax - Form IR8A, CPF
submission, NS make-up claims and submission of FWL wavier.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports & salary reconciliation.
- Application, Renewal and Cancellation of Work Permits.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- At least 2 year experience in a similar position
- Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines
- Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven with positive mindset
- Competent in MS Office especially in Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (to liaise with associates)
- 5 day week (nearest MRT: Clementi and Jurong East)
